Last Updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how HomeFix Network ("we", "us", or "the Company") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with the services we provide. This Policy applies to all members, prospective members, and website visitors who interact with HomeFix Network through any channel, including our website, content hub, automated business systems, or digital platform management services.
By engaging our services, signing a service agreement, or submitting your details through any HomeFix Network platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Policy. HomeFix Network, is a trading brand of AI Nexry Ltd.
1. Introduction
HomeFix Network is a business growth and online presence service built exclusively for boiler engineers, gas engineers, and heating engineers. We help engineers become more visible online, attract their own clients organically, and protect the revenue they have already earned — without relying on third-party lead platforms or paying per job.
Our services include Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation, social media management, automated missed call recovery systems, business visibility audits, and access to The Trade Desk — our trades-focused content and resource hub.
HomeFix Network is not a lead generation company and does not sell, supply, or broker leads. We build and manage the systems and online presence that allow engineers to attract their own enquiries directly.
This Privacy Policy governs how we collect and handle personal information across all of these services and touchpoints. We are committed to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Where included in the member's contracted services, HomeFix Network may set up, manage, and deliver automated and manually operated communications on the member's behalf. These may include:

5. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the personal information we hold from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes secure systems, role-based access controls, and encrypted communication where applicable.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage members to use strong credentials and keep their account details private.
6. Digital Platform & Account Access
In order to deliver contracted services, members grant HomeFix Network access to their digital accounts. Depending on the services agreed, this may include access to social media platforms, business listing and review platforms, email marketing platforms, and SMS communication platforms, among others.
Access may be provided through shared login credentials, platform-native access tools, or authorised account roles, depending on the platform and service in question.
How We Use This Access
HomeFix Network uses account access solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services. This may include creating and publishing content, managing messages and reviews, sending email or SMS communications, and monitoring platform performance — all carried out in the member's name and on their behalf.
When communicating with a member's customers, HomeFix Network acts as a trusted representative of the member's business. We operate in the member's voice and in their best interest at all times, maintaining the professional reputation and tone of their brand.
Access Restrictions
Access is strictly limited to HomeFix Network team members who require it to perform their role. We operate on a strict need-to-know basis. No team member is granted access beyond what is necessary to deliver the contracted service. Credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are never shared with unauthorised parties or used for any purpose outside the services the member has agreed to.
Revoking Access
Members retain full ownership and control of all their accounts at all times. Access may be revoked at any time by:
Removing HomeFix Network from any connected roles or permissions within the relevant platform
Changing account login credentials and notifying HomeFix Network in writing
Submitting a written request to HomeFix Network to cease activity on a specific account or platform
Upon termination of services, HomeFix Network will take reasonable steps to relinquish access to the member's accounts within a reasonable timeframe, or immediately upon written request.
7. The Trade Desk — Content Hub & Email Opt-In
The Trade Desk (/trade-advice) is HomeFix Network's trades-focused content hub, providing articles, guides, and resources for engineers. Email addresses collected via The Trade Desk are used exclusively to send relevant trade content and HomeFix Network updates.
